Harvested in 2015 from 80-year-old Shui Xian tea trees at 1000 meter elevation in the Wuyi Mountains, this tea is the craftsmanship of Tea Master Xu. Through a meticulous 4-month process, the tea is hung over a charcoal fire and baked in baskets to achieve the perfect fermentation and flavor.
