Cook 6g Sang Ji Sheng w/ 2 cups of water and an egg, boil and simmer 30 minutes, then take out egg and strain tea into a different container. Then crack open and remove egg shell and put egg back to cook with Sang Ji Sheng w/ two cups of water, boil and simmer for 30 minutes, strain out tea, combine with first tea. Then enjoy boiled egg and tea how you like.
